This is a Hoax mail just delete this as these kind of mails are send to gather your contact info so that they can can send more and more spam mails. So ignore it

  3. Forward the email to phishing@google.com

No one legit will every ask for your personal info in an email!

Even if the content looks genuine, one should thoroughly verify the site they are visiting, Most of these phishing sites come with a change in the URL.. I once received an email from http://www.gOooGle.com.. The 3 o’s gave it away and I was safe!
Such scams can also happen with bank websites, It’s only good to spam them all.. One another suggestion is to upgrade the browsers, The newer version have automatic phishing filters that warn the users of the website they were visiting.

One simple and the most easiest is to search for the first line of the message on Google.

Somebody would have had it reported for sure. For example I did your’s and Id got this: http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/gmail/thread?tid=5820a3268676e03c&hl=en
